This youngster enjoyed Flapper Fun Day at the Hooksett Public Library during The Big Read 2009 when twelve NH communities joined together in reading The Great Gatsby. In addition to book discussions, a wide variety of 20s themed programs were held for all ages.

About Us

OUR MISSION

The Northeast Cultural Coop (NCC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating cultures near and far through activities such as performances, workshops, discussions, lectures, seminars, visits to cultural centers and work with teachers and schools to help the citizens of the Northeast to understand and feel part of the global community we all share.

OUR VISION

In a time when ignorance and fear sometimes dictate behavior, our goal continues to be one that encourages all of us to understand and celebrate our own culture and the cultures of all world nations. Our work with teachers aims to help the next generation be more culturally aware than the last.
